Hi friend,

Congress has officially enacted the One Big Beautiful Bill Act—signed into law by President Trump on July 4th—marking a sweeping structural reset in how capital, innovation, and spending are handled across the U.S. economy.

It’s not a stimulus. It’s not a grant. It’s a structural shift in how capital flows—designed to favor builders. QSBS is back and better. R&D and CapEx are fully expensable again. Interest deductibility just got easier. And the incentive map across sectors like AI, biotech, and defense has been redrawn.

This changes how you raise, how you structure deals, and how you think about long-term returns.

👉 Here's our breakdown of what’s actually in the bill, what got cut, what it unlocks for founders and funders,  and how to plan around what’s coming next.
