Hi friend,
One year ago, we started testing a different kind of question:
What if founders didn’t have to run the fundraising process alone?
What if the ecosystem ran it with them—or for them?
Founders are constantly told to “run a process.” Stack your meetings. Create FOMO. Move fast.
It’s the standard playbook in venture—but only works if you’re already inside the system: surrounded by capital, warm intros, and a critical mass of attention.
For most founders, that system doesn’t exist. Telling them to “run an auction” is like telling someone to launch an e-commerce business without giving them the internet.
So we built the infrastructure that makes auction dynamics possible—on purpose, and from the ground up.
500+ meetings later, $14M in early-stage checks deployed, and founders from our region connected to funds they would’ve never otherwise reached—we’ve seen what’s possible when an ecosystem plays offense.
This isn’t just about Northwest Arkansas. It’s about what happens when capital access is treated like infrastructure—not a popularity contest.
👉 Here’s our reflection on what we’ve learned, what’s working, and where we go from here.
